COVID-19 Update
Coronavirus COVID-19 Update
March 28, 2020
The State of North Carolina has issued a mandatory SHELTER IN PLACE ORDER beginning on Monday, March 30, at 5:00 pm for at least 30 days. It appears that we have been deemed an “essential business” and will remain open. To do this, we must adhere to certain conditions.
For YOUR safety as well as the safety of our employees, we will be practicing “social distancing” by only allowing two (2) customers at a time in our building. All customers must always remain at least six feet apart . If you are showing any signs of a fever or cough, PLEASE do not come out!
If you need parts or service on your equipment give us a call before coming out. Please have all the info that we will need to help you. This includes the actual model and serial number of your equipment. If you need engine parts, we will need the model and type, or code number of the engine. We will look up what you need and have it ready for you when you get here. We will be glad to bring it to you in your car. If you need service on your equipment, we will do a work order and unload your equipment for you when you arrive. We will still have our pickup and delivery service as well.
If you are looking for new outdoor power equipment, give us a call and we will be glad to schedule an appointment. We will take one at a time in the store and go over everything with you. If you prefer, you can visit our website at bandboutdoorpower.net, stihlusa.com, cubcadet.com, and bobcatturf.com, and check out all the equipment and the specs on them. You can also apply for financing on most of these sites. When you are approved you will get an account number from the finance company. You then bring that and two forms of id with you and we can get you going in a matter of minutes. Cub Cadet offers E-Commerce sales on their website, so you do not even have to come to our store. Stihl offers a reserve online and pickup at the store on their website.
We are sorry if this causes any inconvenience for you, but it is for the good of all the great people in our area as well as the entire country. This is an unprecedented time for all of us. With God’s help and everyone working together we will get through this.
May God bless each one of you and please be safe!
Thank You,
Danny Kelley, Pres./CEO
